The Gel Seal Air Filter are engineered to provide the optimum combination of efficiency and airflow. They are used in a wide range of applications, including pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, biotech laboratories and other environments where control and removal of airborne contaminants is of paramount importance in the protection of people, processes, and equipment.

Compact minipleat design save energy

Gel Seal Air Filters are manufactured with a specialized thermoplastic adhesive bead (no aluminum separators) to maintain proper pleat separation and full utilization of the filter media. Precise spacing of the glue-bead separators ensure low resistance to airflow and reduced energy costs to the user.


Each minipleat pack is sealed into the filter frame with a white urethane adhesive designed specifically for high efficiency air filtration.

HEPA Filter high efficiency particulate arresting filters capture 99.97% of airborne contaminants as small as 0.3 microns in size. The KLAIR HEPA filter removes bacteria,mold spores,soot, pollens, animal hair, animal dander, dust mites, smoke particles and other allergens and lung damaging particles.
